Beer Brats
Serves 4 to 6

1 (16-ounce) 6-pack bratwurst
2 (12-ounce) cans dark beer
1 white onion, chopped
2 tablespoons diced fresh rosemary

Lay your brats in the bottom of a large saucepan or stockpot, pour
your beer over them, add the onion and rosemary, and cook over
medium-high heat for about 25 minutes, or until firm. Cut the brats
open to make sure they’re cooked through.
