Blue Cheese Green Beans
Serves 4 to 6

8 strips bacon
5 ounces green beans
¹⁄³ cup chopped white onion
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 (5-ounce) container
Gorgonzola cheese

This recipe takes green beans, which some people might be reluctant
to eat, and turns it into an unhealthy yet delicious side dish
everyone will crave!
Lay a piece of aluminum foil on a table, lay 4 strips of bacon down,
then add your green beans, onion on top of the beans, garlic, and
another layer of bacon on top of all that. Close with another piece
of foil and seal the edges. Place on a griddle or grill over medium
heat or in the fire, and cook for about 30 minutes. Open up the foil,
check and make sure the bacon has cooked, then add the Gorgonzola
cheese, close it again, and cook for another 10 minutes, until
the cheese is melted.
