Brie Cheese Wrap
Serves 4 to 6
1 (8-ounce) can
crescent rolls (we prefer
Pillsbury)
1 block (0.5 to 0.9 pound) Brie cheese
This is a great starter for a meal. It’s also a cool appetizer
that wows people by how delicious it looks.


Take the crescent rolls and lay them out flat on a piece of foil. Lay
your Brie cheese block on top of the rolls and fold the rolls over the
cheese to completely cover every inch of it. If need be, rip pieces of
the crescent roll off and cover the exposed areas with them.
Lay the covered cheese in your Dutch oven, cover, and place 8 coals
on the top and 4 coals around the outside of the bottom (not underneath).
Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the crescent roll crust has
browned up nice and crispy.
