Pulled Goose Sandwiches

Ingredients:


4 – Canadian goose breasts
1 – 16 oz bottle apple cider vinegar
1 – 14 oz Black Skillet Cajun mix
1 – 16oz bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions:


Clean and rinse goose breasts and lay into slow cooker. add 16oz apple cider vinegar and cook
on medium for 6 hrs.
Drain liquid and flake apart meat with fork until desired texture is achieved.
Add 14oz box of Black Skillet Cajun mix and stir until meat is thoroughly coated.
Add bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and heat an additional 45 minutes.
Use on buns or hoagies for the best tasting pulled goose sandwiches.
