Ingredients: Turkey breast, Cajun butter injection, Cajun rub, potatoes
Directions: Dry rub turkey, making sure to get under the skin. Inject with creole butter. Use potatoes to prop up on indirect smoker. Baste routinely and set aside and tent with foil when 165 is attained. Carve and serve with potatoes with jous.
