Ingredients:

magic dust seasoning

and your favorite bbq sauce 

Directions:

remove membrane from back of ribs

rub down with magic dust or your favorite seasoning 

wrap in foil and put in fridge i like to do this the night before

remove from fridge and let rib come up to room temp before cooking 

smoke low and slow for about 4 to 6 hrs
